Client Experience Specialist

We're looking for an awesome superstar who can come to our downtown Walnut Creek photography studio part time during the week. This position will require about 16-20 hours per week to start with the possibility of more hours in the future.

We would love to have you connect with our amazing clients over the phone and discover what they love and treasure the most in their lives. We need your help to get to know them at a deeper level and find out how we can best capture what's truly important to them through a unique and customized portrait experience.

While you will be getting to know our clients, you will also be helping with scheduling their shoots, design consultations, providing quotes, and ensuring that every client we work with feels loved all the way through their experience with us - from initial contact through final delivery of their artwork. Most importantly, your job is to help make sure everything is running perfectly and that every person who comes into contact with our studio has a GREAT experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Positive and energetic personality is a MUST!
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good listener
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent note-taking skills
  • Comfortable asking clients questions
  • Comfortable talking on the phone for a long period of time
  • Comfortable with quoting prices
  • Basic computer skills (Mac user a plus!)
  • Familiar with social media, particularly Facebook and Instagram


Photography skills are not necessary (this is not a photography role) but sales experience/background is a HUGE plus!  Your schedule will be flexible with the majority of the time between the hour of 10am-2pm and there may be an occasional evening hours available if desired.
